The intense nose offers aromas of citrus fruits recalling grapefruit accompanied by a bit of green apple and a light touch of fresh herbs. The palate has medium volume, pleasing acidity, and medium persistence. Our Sauvignon Blanc is an ideal companion to grilled shellfish, well-seasoned white meats, and vegetables with soy sauce.
